Reading your thoughts about the cherry, the fountain birds and the clouds here..is so refreshing to me. Thank you Georgia for reminding me that life is full of beauty if we really want to see it. We learn from each other's bitterness and happiness each day..I'm glad I found your blogs.
i believe they remind you that things are gonna be different simply because in their most unique ways, they, too, are different everyday - shape, sizes, direction they're blown in, etc. :)
I love the out of focus cherries series and the grass stalk photo from today. Does your local library offer a blogging class? Maybe you could offer one, you imagery and writings are excellent.
One thing my life journey has taught me is that everything changes, nothing stays the same forever. Some times it may take a little longer for things to change but they do.
I love the way my ornamental grasses blow in the wind and sunshine. The last two towns we lived in had acres of Iowa prairie grasslands to walk in and I miss that. So much. Taking the dogs and the boy for a walk in the sunshine after school was wonderful. This photo of the blue skies and green grass remind me so much of that. :)
your post reminded me of this verse: Matthew 6:28-30
"Observe how the lilies of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin, yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these. “But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you?"
maybe that's why these things remind you...that everything will be ok. :)
