friday: i'm thinkin'...

...that sometimes christmas shopping is less about wallets and standing in line,
and more about cameras and sneaking out to peek in all the windows when not a creature is stirring.

christmas shopping {one}
{a sweet friend of mine owns and runs this interiors store. i can't wait to show her how lovely her window looks at night after dark. they've got some talented window designers, no?}

i'm linkin' to some more thinkin'...

today is the last day of the "i'm thinkin'" series.
but that doesn't mean you can't join the fun for just one day.
let me know if you do... i'd love to see!

{i have tremendously enjoyed being a part of the group of bloggers who joined tracey in her series of "i'm thinkin'" posts. it has been the best way to be inspired and get my photography/blogging fix without having to do too much for each post during this busy month. thanks, tracey... thank you asking me to be a part of it. and thank you for the brilliant idea! you've inspired a little series of my own that i'd like to try and will be considering asking others to join some time in the future.}

  12. I actually enjoy window shopping more than the shopping! I think it's the artfulness of how things are displayed that draw me. This window is beautiful. I want to go in!

  19. beautiful. I love being out late at night when not a creature is stirring. In fact, that's the time I like the cold, snowy weather best. When it's late and all the sounds are frozen silent.
