playing

today is the second to the last day that i will have to work at my current job. we have wrapped everything up, and now we are just sort of sitting around, cleaning out our areas, clearing off our computers. i have been going through a bunch of photos that have been sitting on my hard drive. i have come across so many from the past year that i always intended to post, but never got around to. this was one i found from last fall. while on break, chris and i took are cameras with us and walked around the building for some fresh air and some photography fun. it was a beautiful crisp autumn day. i remember it like it was yesterday. it was one of the best memories i have of this place. {click on the image to see better.}

i find a lot of pleasure going through old photos, even ones just from last season - it can trigger the memory in such a keen way

Ditto the two comments above. Vivid, crisp and clear.

So tell me again, how you turn the ordinary into poetry? I'd like the secret, please...

(Rochelle and I were talking about your magic camera today.)

And finally, p.s. I'm working on the tag!

The work of an utterly talented photograph (with and/or without photoshop)!

This has got to be one of my favorites of yours. I can't believe you never posted it!? The words really pull it all together.
