these are happy feet.
they'e my feet the first day at the beach—
before they got burned by the sun.
some stranger's feet
this is not the greatest picture,
but i liked how the table feet
are actually carved to be like lion feet
and that all of our feet in the shot, too.
my sister-in-law, jill, trying on my shoes.
and yes, they fit her.
my sunburned feet
evidence that i was there
{probably washed away by now}
more strangers' feet
my foot at the bow

I've just had a chance to catch up on your Florida pictures...Love the feet pics!...Love the yellow sandels...
With the chilly spring we've been having here in New England I'm ready to go back to Florida for another vacation too...I think I stayed not too far from where you were...Anna Maria Island...love it...
oh, my goodness, Oliag! that is so close to where we were. we have been to Anna Maria Island several times while visiting Long Boat Key!
you are the second blogger now, that has said they were that close to where we were. :)
Your feet definitely look sunburned in that last shot. Great series of fun shots...of feet! Who'da thunk it? =)
feet have always fascinated me. i love looking at the different shapes and sizes of feet on strangers and friends.
i can honestly say that yours are very pretty. you have elegant feet.
the feet tell a story of fun at the beach...artistic and simple this series of shots are what a trip to the beach is all about! the blurred against that stunning water is my favorite...
i love love love this! i went on a trip about a month ago and got to see lots of hands doing things...so i took pictures of them! feet, the beach and sandals...all happy thoughts on this wonderful friday! thanks for this post!
Your photos are taking me away! Thank you for sharing!
Feet in the sand does equate into happiness, doesn't it? I'm thinking you two should move to Florida. Sunshine does wonders. :)
LOL!! I love these :)
I have to say...the one you think is not the greatest? Is my favorite. All the feet together with the blue/green design of the floor and the claw foot table.
I love foot shots too (can you tell? lol). These are wonderful, and I especially love the candid shots of strangers' feet.
Oh, to only be on a beach right now...they named Hanalei Bay, HI the Top Beach of the World, and I was there last summer! Miss it so :(
one of my favorite things EVER.....sandy feet !
one of the many reasons I love florida and want to live by the ocean full time !!!
{and I almost bought those sandals the other day at target....you have great taste!!!}

Okay, the shots are great and the feet are fun, but I have to know, are the grey & yellow shoes the same? Are they from Target? I was going to cross-border to do some shopping this weekend but since you're having a long weekend I may wait ...
Kath
yes, kath, they are the same shoes. i just made the second shot a black and white photo. but they would be cute as grey shoes, wouldn't they?
:)
Another great post Georgia, I like feet, little feet like on my kid. baby feet are the best. I'm going to start looking at feet more. Thanks for showing us your vacation feet. nothing says fun on the beach like a set of toes.
-p
I love the footprint photo! And what beautiful blues in the background of you toes!
Super cute shots! How fun! Hope the sunburn wasn't too painful.
your sunburned feet look pretty in those yellow sandals on the grey sand. i like the strangers feet photo too (second one).
i want to feel some warm sand beneath my feet soon.
