took this shot for the elevate the everyday prompt for today.
"something red" is the prompt.
so i photographed decided on a cheery from the carton bought at the farmers' market last weekend.
i set it on top of a green vase that is on my window sill, as it was the perfect size to hold this little guy.
this window has become my favorite place to take pictures lately... lots of light!

Well, I just started a new job and I'm a bit tired, but in general - cheery! And tired. Very, very tired. But I love this photo - simplicity and elegance!

sorry to hear you are tired. new jobs will do that. i hope you get used to the new job and change in life soon... and find some needed rest. my job {isaac} has be tired 24/7. i think i'll feel rested in about 2028. =)

I really love this photo and I just might do a slight variation with a little pine cone. someof the photosnupmatnthe lake are looking dreary to me lately and I am slowly replacing them. your photos are lovely!
