philosophy photography

i'm so excited! i just came across this quote {below}, and i loved it! i feel exactly that way, and that is why i named this blog what i did! so, of course, i had to add the quote under my banner too!

“to me, photography is an art of observation. it's about finding something interesting in an ordinary place . . . i've found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.” –elliott erwitt

also, for those of you who stop by regularly, first of all, thank you. secondly, i'm also very excited about a new collaboration with my twin sister—a photography blog called ETHEREAL. see what it's all about here.

what a great quote find! I have a database of quotes I've built up over the years (dork that I am) and collect tidbits of this and that.

I will dash over to sneakypeek at the new venture! :)

the quote is perfect...

i have also realised though that it is not only about how we see them but how we savour them.

Thanks for sharing that quote! It is exactly why I started my photo blog - finding the beauty in the everyday...would you mind if I added it to my site?
