i love the tea at this restaurant.
they serve mightyleaf tea,
and it's mighty good.
my mom took me out to lunch here,
and everything was so colorful and picturesque.

"put the bloomin' camera down, georgia!"
{well, that's not what she really said.
but something like that.}
"sorry, mama.
you didn't realize you were taking
my camera out to lunch too, did you?"
maybe i should frame the first shot
and give it to her as a gift?
then she'll take me to lunch again.
{wink}

Your mom is very pretty. Yes, I think you should give her one of the photos :)
I know your momma loves you no matter how how many times you get her with your camera...I just know she does !
better to have the camera, than to not. better to take the picture, than to not. these are the wise words i have for you today. (:
dani, that made me laugh out loud. :)
The first pic is beautiful! The second one grips the heart.
That will be one to be treasured for sure.
The third one cracked me up...I've seen that long suffering look from loved ones many times as I've snapped pic after pic.
The thing is...I did that one thanksgiving...I just kept taking pics and disregarded the looks. A loved one passed and the pics then became beloved for it captured the loved one in his element, laughing with family.
Priceless.
Keep on shooting, Hun. You'll never regret it.
I am always snapping away, in spite of the protests. That's how I get some of my best photos! These are priceless, and make a nice collection. Try a collage and hang it yourself! The time you spend together is precious, and priceless...and mom's love you anyway:).
you are charming ...take after your mom I am sure ...you look like you were enjoying the moment!
That was cute... glad you two enjoy each other's company. Love the colors in the resturant, and I really like the closeup of the first photo.
P.S. I always loved going out to lunch with my mom, cause it always involved shopping and she usually bought me something! Good memories.
and I always love those little jars of jam and want to save them.
:)
My mother has had lunch with me once in the last twelve years so this is exceptionally wonderful to see. Even the disgruntled part. Always keep taking photographs of your mother that loves you. Clearly. You're one lucky duck, Georgia. And your mother is fairly lucky to have you, too. :) p.s. off to check out more of your music on Ethereal. thanks for the tip and I changed my profile to show my email. I hadn't considered it, actually.
i beleive she secretly loves you taking photos and i know she would love that photo framed, but would take you out to lunch camera or not.
...She doesn't look that angry!
Beautiful photos! and yes I think she would love to have any one of these pics...or a collage...
I love that pic of your mom drinking. So lovely!
I love how you see things! First time to your blog...beautiful!
every moment is a photo op! i love random little shoots like this. the thing is, in 5 years you might not have remembered much about this day. now youve captured some of the little details
surprised to see no comment from ennythinggoes after that wink ; )
