synonymous : gild

  1. to cover with or as if with a thin layer
    of gold.
  2. to give an often deceptively attractive or improved appearance to.
  3. to smear with blood. {ewwww!}
  4. to adorn unnecessarily something already beautiful. {i like this definition.}
  5. to make superfluous additions to what is already complete.

synophotography is starting up again. this tuesday, i chose the word gild. go here to see the synonymous word my sister chose and the photo she chose to go with it.

you can see all other synophotography posts here.

Hey! I love this post and I love this idea. I have so many photos that I could try this with. A lot of your photos are so beautiful. Some are so simple, yet so much to them.

ps. thanks for checking out my blog. its a little boring since its just getting going! haha
